A setting of an ancient Aramaic word, 'maranatha', meaning 'Our Lord has come'. This text would probably have been used at the Eucharist and Awake Thou That Sleepest at baptism.
Maranatha won the Temple Church Composition Prize in July 2002 and is published by Faber Music.
