Wave was commissioned by the National Youth Choirs of Great Britain Girls’ Choir. It's a feminist anthem, with lyrics also written by me, adapted from and inspired by writers including Sojourner Truth, Mary Wollstonecraft and Jane Austen. It includes body percussion, funky riffs and vocal textures!
Wave was premiered by NCYGB Girls' Choir at the Royal Concert Hall, Nottingham on April 13th, 2018.
